Dear Southwold Community,

Hope everyone had a great March Break and were able to do some fun things!  Easter Holiday is just around the corner!

Please continue to bring outdoor gear for all types of weather, as it continues to change daily and our yard becomes very muddy! 

Sport and Clubs Updates:

Talent Show Participants are busy practicing their talents!  The Talent Show will be April 25th.

Junior Girls and Boys Basketball teams are excited about their upcoming season!

Senior Girls and Boys Badminton Teams have been busy practicing.

Pick up Process

If you are picking up your child(ren) at the end of the day we ask you to pick them up through the office by 3:40 or at kiss n ‘drop at 4:00pm.  Also if you can send a note in the planner for the classroom teacher if you are picking up your child(ren) at the end of the day or call into the office to let us know so that they can be ready at the kiss-n-drop.

**We are asking families to continue to be patient when waiting and to follow the stream of cars in order to keep everyone safe.

Messages from School Council 

St. Patrick’s Family Dance Important Information:

- Tickets purchased online were available to pickup during first lunch today (Thursday March 21st), if you purchased tickets online and your child did not come home with tickets, they will be available to pick up at the dance. Email southwholdhomeandschool@gmail.com with any questions.

- Tickets will be available to purchase at the dance while quantities last

- Bring cash to purchase the following items at the dance; Pizza Slice ($3.00), Pop/Water/Juice ($1.00), Glow Sticks (2 for $1.00), Surprise Treat bags ($2.00), Rheo Thomson Chocolates ($3.00). All money raised at the dance will go directly back to initiatives at the school.

- ALL students are required to have a chaperone parent / guardian with them at the dance, no child / children are to be left unattended.

Southwold Spirit Day or wear Blue or Gold - Mar 27th, Apr 3, 10

Mar 22 - St. Patrick’s Day Family Dance - K to grade 5

Mar 26 - Wear Purple for Epilepsy Awareness

Easter Holiday - Good Friday - Mar 29, Easter Monday - April 1st

Apr 2-5 - Scholastic Book Fair, Family Fun Night 4-7pm April 3rd

PD DAY - Monday April 8th
